Firstly, I'm so sorry to have been away for a while - i've been so busy with everything!
But I will be back with bigger and better posts!
Secondly; blogspot really does not like my banner..
It keeps removing it and it looks horrible, so I have had to put the old one back. God knows why it wont work. I'll try and convert the banner into a different saving format when i next have the chance.
Thank you for all being so patient - BFS will be back as soon as possible!
big hugs,
Nicole xx

New Moonacre Shop!

There already is the Moonacre Mansion page, but oh no, they're going all out with promoting this one.
We have a 'The Secret of Moonacre' Shop!
Though, I'm not exactly sure why the boy has no clothes on..
But the dresses are from $5-$8. Perfect if you're having a medieval themed party, but not entirely practical.

Russia Rocks!

This year they are going to be Europe's host for the Eurovision Song Contest.
You may, or may not know that the UK has had some extremely unsuccessful Eurovision acts, including the nil points earners Gemini (seriously, how did we choose them to represent us?!) Chav Rapper; Daz Sampson, Cheesy Scooch, and last years former X Factor Runner Up; Andy Abraham- who I would like to say did not deserve joint last place!
Please everyone, my foreign friends, my fellow stardoll-ians; VOTE FOR THE SINGER and not your next-door-neighbour country.
This year Andrew Lloyd-Webber, the famous musical songwriter/composer (his works include The Sound of Music, Joseph & The Amazing Technicolour Dreamcoat, Jesus Christ Superstar! and many more..) is writing the UK entry's song.
So on that note, hopefully it may be Eurovision London 2010?
Anyway, I'm loving the Russian theme- the thick layers are perfect for this Winter, and as you can see below I have used several. Team with striking make-up for the full effect.

Cheap Non-Superstar Hotbuys (And they're Decent!)

Do you remember that Topshop rip-off Blue Balloon like Voile dress? $15?! You have got to be joking me.
Anyway, yesterday the Juicy Couture plum/purply Ski Jacket was released, and I was expecting it to be at least $8, but was in shock when the price tag said $5!

Is this a mistake?
I'm thinking, maybe it is.
Or maybe Stardoll had a very happy new year, and are still in with Holiday festivities.
I'm not sure, it's your call on this one.
But whatever you do make sure you snap up this one quick-
especially all you Non-Superstars, as Hotbuys unfortunately aren't thrown your way everyday!
This is my version of the two Hotbuys pieces, and you can make your own look with them, this one on the left is just a quick-fix example.
The colours are rich and glossy, but unfortunately are a bit hard to team with other things! I've gone for an Purple theme, with simple makeup, as shown below.

Banner Problems! - Technical Difficulties
Just to let you know that I've been having some bad technical difficulties, and my Banner (at the top of the page) disappeared, and won't upload onto blogspot - it says 'invalid image url' - no idea what that means, as it was fine before.
So I've had to put the old banner back instead.
A Few Updates & Re-Releases News

Some lovely members have been giving really nice comments and congratulating me on my work. I really appreciate it, but most importantly thank you for taking some time to come and have a read. It's people like you who I will remember in the future.
I hope you all enjoyed my biography-like account in my last post; From Paperdollheaven to Stardoll.
It was great writing it and reminicising about the old days. Alot of people don't realise what Stardoll used to be, and I'm sure it may come as a shock to some of you!
Not much has been happening on Stardoll today, apart from the Nordic Winter outfits have been re-released from last year.
Stardoll staff must be stuck for new clothing ideas, as nothing has come up on the Spoilers pages either. I'm still waiting for the new DKNY collection to appear, but I expect Stardoll is taking as long as possible with it. (It should be worth it though!)
I would really appreciate it if you could spread the word about BFS, as sometimes it does feel like I'm blogging to myself :)
